  • ISRO’s first satellite , Aryabhata , was launched by the Soviet Union on April 19, 1957.
  • Its headquarters was situated @ Bangalore -Karnataka.
  • Rohini, the first satellite to be placed in Orbit by made in INDIA launch vehicle in July 18, 1980.

NASA should think on budget parameter to stay No.1 prolong legend in space industries, other wise it will be competed with upcoming Leader ISRO.

As of now, ISRO charges between  Approx. $10,000 to $15,000 per kilogram of payload that is launched into space

NASA charges approx. $54,500 per kilogram of payload that is launched into space.

Here also ISRO has competed with NASA,ISRO becoming alternate to NASA when compare in product & services cost.
